Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies to all our enrichment and instructional programs. It is based on the fact that we limit the size of the classes in our programs, reflecting our commitment to low instructor-student ratios.
If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
For student withdrawals for all but summer camp, refunds will be made based on the following schedule:
- 14 or more days prior to start of program: full refund less $25.00 administrative fee
- less than 14 days prior to start of program: full refund less $25.00 administrative fee only if we are able to fill the student's spot
- once program has started: no refund
For summer camp, refunds prior to start of program will be made only if the student's spot is filled.
